Colleen creates a web site on Frank Lloyd
Wright. Her site includes photos that she took of Frank Lloyd
Wright houses in the Chicago-land area. She forgets to place a
"Copyright, 2001" notice on the site. Several weeks
later, she sees her photos on "The America First Travel and
Vacation Club" web site.
Colleen would like to contact them and ask them to remove their
photos, claiming that they are copyrighted. However, since she
never registered the copyright and since she put them on the web without
any copyright notice, America First Travel can legally take her
pictures.
The America First Travel and Vacation is in compliance with the
copyright law.
